TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Please note a 24 hour notice is required to change or cancel an appointment. Failing to do so will incur a late cancellation fee of a 50% of the standard treatment price. If a cancellation is made on the day or within 12 hours of your appointment the total fee of the standard treatment price will be charged. 

 To avoid the fee, you can offer your appointment to a friend or family member who would benefit from the treatment. Please let your me know of any changes. 

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from date of purchase. These are non-refundable, cannot be used after the expiry date and not valid for no shows or late cancellation.

TREATMENT PACKS

Treatment Packs are to be used by one individual and not shared. They have to be redeemed within 3 months of the first appointment.
